Summer
Summer series summer houses are suitable for a smaller cottage, cabin or holiday house. They can also be used as an office or kiosk. The walls are joined with the cross corner joint.
Summer houses have insulating units with two different quality levels as windows and doors – finished or unfished, coloured white or glazed in two different tones. The windows and doors have high quality ROTO hardware.
Models with a higher roof ridge have a sleeping area under the ridge and in such a case a stepladder is included.
Special wood details can be ordered that contain insulating materials which can be used to insulate the floor, roof and walls.
The roof cover is per client’s choice with the first option being Ruberoid and additional choices are bitumen hexagonal butt shingles or standard bitumen shingles etc. The selection includes models with flat or gabled roofs.
The products are made from Nordic spruce and pine, with narrow rings that result in strong wood, mainly from local Saaremaa island and Skandinavian forests.
